The Maxi Boot AFO is a versatile splint designed to position the foot and leg while suspending the heel to prevent necrosis. The Maxi gives the wearer maximum control of positioning in 4 ways.

The Maxi Boot AFO internal and external rotation can be blocked by use of a Rotator Bar, to control hip and leg rotation and the adjustable Toe Post to relieve pressure from bed linens, but can be positioned to the side for treatment of malleous and lateral ulcers. This same bar can be set to hold the foot at a range of angles of rotation.

The Maxi Boot AFO unique slotted mechanism provides variable plantarflexion / dorsiflexion positioning. The distal toe protector may also be adjusted to relieve bed sheet stress. Order Today!
